Favourite Book: The Bible - God's Word, always new, never improved upon 

Hobbies: Aerobics, yoga and pilates. From October to May each year I run a class for 'ladies of a certain age' who still wish to keep fit, have a few laughs, and raise some money for charity at the same time. Aptly named the 'Re-cycled Teenagers Tone & Trim'. Used to be a total maniac horse rider before 'sense' crept in (mind you, it took 15 years). 

Likes: Having a good laugh, soul music, animals (especially dogs, cats and horses), a good doses of 'retail therapy' as often as the cheque book or bank manager will allow! I also love gardening and continue to battle with my guitar – though not at the same time!

Dislikes: People who take themselves too seriously and think that you can't have fun if you're over 40, the smell of garlic and putting the duvet cover back on again (does anybody know as easy way to do this?).
